SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS DISCIPLINE

  • Every child must be punctual and report to school at 8.20 a.m.
  • Discipline must be maintained throughout in the school.
  • Every student must carry the school hand book on all school working days. It is compulsory for all students to wear clean uniform, school badge and Identity card on all school working days.
  • Every student must take part in school games, sports and other activities. They may be exempted by the Principal, If they are physically unfit.
  • Every student should get prior permission from the Principal to leave the school premises during the school hours.
  • Parents are requested to encourage their wards to take part in extra curricular activities
  • habitual late comers will be dealt severely.
  • Students are responsible for their books, pens, bicycle, tiffin boxes and their personal belongings. The School will not be responsible for the loss of any such item.
  • Students should come in neat and tidy uniform. stylish-uncoventional hair cut allowed for any student.
  • Students are strictly forbidden from bring mobile phones to school, if anyone is found in possession of his / her phone will be confiscated by the Principal and returned only at the end of the academic year.
  • Students are strictly forbidden from wearing jewellery to school.
  • Motorized vehicles are not allowed inside the school campus.
  • Parents are requested to co-operate with the school to ensure regularity, punctuality and discipline among the students. They should check the diary for any remark and the homework set for their wards.
  • Students are not permitted to come out of the classes except during and between periods except recess time and lunch time.
  • For special classes and coaching classes students should come in full uniform
  • Students are advised to contact their family doctor and get immunized for chicken pox, typhoid etc.
  • Students should not physically harm any school mate.
  • Malpractice in exams will be viewed seriously.
  • Pupils who are unwell will not be allowed to attend regular classes and examinations. This rule will be strictly followed for all classes from LK.G to STD XII.
  • Parents should make arrangements to take their wards home as soon as school working hours are over.
  • The school will not work on rainy days or under other exceptional circumstances which have been declared as holidays by the state government.
  • As a mark of courtesy they will greet their friends, classmates and the members of the staff at their first meeting of the day.
  • All the students are expected and encouraged to converse only in English in the school premises and outside to acquire greater fluency of English Communication.
  • No student should enter or leave the class room without the permission of the teacher. No meeting of any kind shall be held in the school premises without the prior permission of the Principal / Correspondent. No notice of any kind shall be circulated or displayed on Notice Board without the permission of Principal. No information report should be sent to the Press or Broadcasting agencies without the approval of the Principal / Correspondent.
  • Students are prohibited from defacing the walls or damaging the building or furniture in any way. If there is any damage caused, the cost will be recovered from the individual responsible and if the responsibility cannot be fixed on any individual, it will be collected fixing collective responsibility.
  • BIRTHDAY: Only the students of L.K.G to Std VII are allowed to wear decent colour dress on their birthday, Only good quality chocolates are allowed to be distributed in the class.
  • Note: The Management Reserves the right to modify or change the rules and regulations as and when required. The Management’s decision shall be Final
